NEW ZONE: The Barren Coast (25-40)

Connected Zones: Stonebrunt Mountains, Dragonscale Hills (Speak to the Dockmaster for transport)

Both Erudin and Paineel have established outposts on the Barren Coast, which they use to cross the abysmal sea to Faydwer. The coast is filled with wildlife, including sharks, deadly poison dart frogs, and much, much more. But the Erudites are not the only settlers on the coast. A tribe of pygmies share the shores with them, and if you look hard enough, you just might find some pirates.

There are two dockmasters, one on Erudin faction and one on Paineel faction. The docks are on Erudin faction and further down the shore is a settlement on the Paineel faction. I haven't quite figured out how to get the boats to work, but for the time being iksars are kos to the dockmasters. The Barren Coast is also accessible through Stonebrunt Mountains though.
On the east wall there's a tunnel entrance. On live it had rocks that spinned when you would click on it. My best guess was that was originally planned to be the zone line for the Barren Coast, but then they decided to take EverQuest in another direction with Luclin. I went ahead and used it for what I assume it was originally intended for.

Can't pass the zone line at stonebrunt mountains, says i'm not experienced enough and brings me back to succor point (i'm lvl 34)

Should be fixed. For whatever reason there was a status restriction which has now been lifted. I tested it and it appears to now be working as intended. Thanks for flagging that.
